The LD1000C intelligent linear drive is perfectly suited for applications requiring ultimate precision and high pushing/pulling forces of up to 10,000 N. The stroke length of up to 1000 mm enables its versatile use in demanding applications. This high performance combined with the high protection class IP69K and a very robust aluminium housing ensures that the LD1000C is perfect for use under difficult conditions in the off-highway and agricultural sectors. It withstands extreme weather conditions, is protected against the ingress of dust and water, and functions properly even in temperatures ranging from -20 to +65 degrees Celsius. Possible usages for this powerful drive include agricultural and municipal machinery (such as transport vehicles, harvesting equipment), as well as closing and opening mechanisms within sorting systems.
The areas of application for the LD1000C are as numerous and varied as the individual requirements and wishes of our customers. To ensure that you get the right linear drive for your agricultural or off-highway application, we will configure both the hardware and software to meet your needs. This starts with the desired suspension (hanging) of the drive and continues with an individually programmed and configured speed regulation and special strokes, which we can provide as factory defaults. The LD1000C can be controlled digitally and is compatible with any customer software. Additional features include customer-adjustable special strokes, self-locking up to the rated load and an optional overload coupling.
The LD1000C enables continual monitoring and position feedback thanks to the built-in controller and BUS connection. Data about the current regulating, current cut-off, blocking cut-off and temperature can be accessed at any time by using the embedded communication protocol. Data for position detection, end-position detection, position signal query and position feedback are also of particular interest to the user. The LD1000C can easily be implemented for entire systems since it is possible to synchronously operate up to six drives.
